Radiologic Technology Instructor
About The Position
This is a tenure-track college year faculty position. Desire candidates with on-going professional development interests, love of teaching, and enthusiasm for campus and College committees and activities. Duties include course development, instruction, evaluation and academic counseling. Supports the program manager in program operations. Teaches and supervises labs as assigned by program managers. Understands the program's mission, goals and student learning outcomes. Participates in program assessment as needed. Prepares course outlines, objectives and lab material as needed. Maintains competency in professional discipline through professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Associate’s degree in Radiography from an accredited institution
- Current ARRT certification
- Current State of Florida Radiologic Technology License
Nice To Haves
- Previous college or university level instruction experience
- Additional certifications, including Computed Tomography (CT) certification
