At Northwell-GoHealth, we: Prioritize patient experience Support clinical excellence Offer growth, flexibility, and work-life balance 🔍 Position Summary The Mobile Radiologic Technologist, Driving (“Mobile RT”) works with Medical Providers and Medical Assistants with the examination and treatment of our patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for patients, including performing patient x-rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Centers. In a collaborative manner, the Mobile RT Driving will provide support to Medical Providers, Medical Assistants and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication. The Mobile RT Driving completes all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner while living our vision and mission to become the urgent care partner of choice by re-defining value and access to quality care through: an effortless experience, a culture of care, and seamlessly integrating with our partners and communities. As patient care needs arise requiring X-ray, the Mobile RT Driving travels to the respective site. The traveling nature of this role requires the Mobile RT Driving to be flexible and responsive to the needs of patients and the organization. The Mobile RT Driving will be exposed to a variety of urgent care settings, maximizing the quantity of X-Rays performed. Travel within the region includes by car, and will require the Mobile RT Driving, as a condition of employment, to have access to a vehicle, a valid State driver’s license, and to pass an MVR background check.
