Requirements

• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist
• West Virginia Medical Imaging License
• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• 1+ years hospital imaging experience preferred
• BLS certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs using proper technique
• Frequent walking, standing, bending, pushing/pulling, and assisting patients

Nice To Haves

• CT registry preferred; orientation/training provided

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiologic exams and explain procedures clearly
• Perform radiologic examinations using safe and appropriate exposure factors
• Acquire and process digital diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
• Upload and verify imaging reports in the EMR
• Assist with patient transport and exam scheduling
• Collaborate with technologists, nursing, and providers to support workflow
