Job Summary and Responsibilities Sign-on Bonuses up to $25,000 AND Education Assistance (student loan payoff) up to $24,000 for eligible hires and positions As our Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech), you will be pivotal in producing diagnostic images that enable Radiologists to accurately diagnose and manage patient conditions. Each day, you will perform a variety of imaging examinations, including X-rays, ultrasound, diagnostic fluoroscopy, CT/CAT scans, and MRIs, while actively contributing to a positive patient experience through direct interaction. To excel, you must deeply understand diagnostic imaging's critical importance, encompassing expertise in workflow, patient positioning, and capturing precise results essential for timely and accurate diagnoses. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Performs procedures to ensure quality patient care in accordance with Radiologist’s expectations and protocols. Displays knowledge and complies with the National Patient Safety goals. Supports and reports any identified compliance matters. Participates in hospital and department quality assurance programs to ensure safety and satisfaction. Maintains professional development and education for technical competency.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Higher: You must have an associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field from an accredited program.
  • Completion of an Accredited Program: The program must be accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
  • MRAD:KY; RTR, or RTBD, or RTCT, or RTCV, or RTM, or RTMR, or RTN, or RTQM, or RTT, or RTVI, or RTVS; BLS-CPR
  • Basic understanding of cardiovascular physiology and anatomy
