Our mission is simple: help people live the healthiest lives possible. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will: Perform diagnostic imaging exams using advanced equipment. Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality imaging results. Ensure patient safety, comfort, and education throughout the imaging process.

Requirements

  • ARRT(R) certification.
  • Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.
  • May be required to complete MA Competency Checklist and perform MA functions in clinic or InstaCare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and imaging techniques.
  • Ability to evaluate images and operate equipment independently.
  • Familiarity with contrast protocols and emergency response procedures.
  • Effective communication and teamwork.
  • Proficiency in electronic imaging systems.
  • Prioritization and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain ARRT or modality-specific competency in all clinical and technical functions.
  • Verify patient identity and exam orders; prepare patients for imaging procedures.
  • Perform exams according to department protocols; review images for quality and accuracy.
  • Adhere to radiation safety standards and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Complete studies efficiently while ensuring patient comfort and care.
  • Educate patients and address concerns professionally.
  • Practice infection control and sterile techniques.
  • Operate imaging equipment and information systems effectively.
  • Document procedures and patient interactions accurately.
  • Follow protocols for coding, charging, consents, and equipment reporting.
