About The Position

Full-Time | No Nights, No Weekends, No Holidays Elite Sports Medicine + Orthopedics is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and values both teamwork and patient care. Location: This position supports multiple clinic locations, including Midtown, Centennial, Green Hills, Brentwood, and Franklin. Travel between sites is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Successful completion of an accredited Radiology program
• ARRT license required
• Full-scope X-ray Operator license from State of Tennessee required
• Experience taking and transmitting radiographic images
• Working knowledge of managed care basics and experience with managed care and Medicare populations
• Working knowledge of electronic medical records and word processing software
• Comfortable using email and internet-based applications
• Knowledge of practice management and word processing software

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic x-rays as ordered by providers
• Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety
• Verify orders and accurately capture, process, and transmit images
• Maintain radiology equipment and perform routine safety checks
• Manage imaging within PACS and EMR systems
• Support physicians and clinical staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all safety standards
