About The Position

HSHS St. Mary's Hospital is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join the imaging team. Ideal candidates will work under the direction of the radiologist, provide X-ray services to patient. They will closely follow physician's instructions, appropriately position patients, prepare and operate equipment, and accurately records the images requested. Position Specifics: o Department: Radiology o Core Function: Imaging o Schedule: Part Time Night Shift (18 hours per week). Requirements

  • Bachelors or Associates degree is required or must have completed an accredited radiology technology program.
  • WI: Licensed Radiographer issued by the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) is required.
  • IL: Accreditation (or Temporary Accreditation) in Medical Radiation Technology issued by the IL Department of Emergency Management Agency (IEMA) is required.
  • Certification/registration or registry-eligible as a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • Certification/registration must be obtained within 12 months.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.

Nice To Haves

  • 1 year experience is preferred.
