Radiologic Technologist (PRN) – Lafayette ASC US Heart and Vascular is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to join our team at the new Lafayette ASC within Cardiology Specialists of Acadiana. Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of Cath Lab or surgical experience
BLS & ACLS certification required

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred but not required
RT Certification preferred; RCIS or RCVT may be accepted in lieu of RT

Responsibilities

Prepare instruments and supplies needed to perform procedures according to the physician’s documented preferred routine.
Prepare the operating field for procedures.
Perform routine and delegated technical duties.
Assist the physician and surgical team before, during, and after procedures.
Assume responsibility and accountability for operating room preparation, including support, assistance, and equipment/instrument management.
Support RN staff in pre-op and PACU areas.
