About The Position

As a Radiologic Technologist at the St. Cloud Hospital, you will perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures on patients of all ages, using ionizing radiation to support accurate diagnosis and high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and guidelines. In this role, you’ll properly position patients, select appropriate technique factors, and ensure the safe use of radiographic equipment to minimize risk to patients, coworkers, and yourself. You’ll maintain aseptic and sterile technique, assist with IV contrast administration under the supervision of a radiologist, and support accurate documentation and patient reporting. This position also includes opportunities to support and mentor student radiologic technologists. Through teamwork and attention to safety, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited educational program that is acceptable to American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider card prior to completion of unit orientation
