This position performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and tasks required to ensure the assigned area(s) run smoothly and provides for the physical and psychological needs of patient during examination. We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic primary care team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced outpatient clinic while providing high-quality diagnostic imaging and patient care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program required.
  • ARRT certification in Radiology required.
  • Current and valid Montana State Radiologic Technologist license required.
  • Current BLS CPR certification required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to problem-solve and use critical thinking in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Commitment to integrity, compassion, and high-quality patient care.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of medical terminology and outpatient clinic workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Assess patients using available clinical information and incorporate patient concerns into care.
  • Prepare patients for imaging procedures and assist providers during exams as needed.
  • Accurately document patient information, procedures, and imaging results in the medical record.
  • Transcribe and implement provider orders and treatments accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with clinic and radiology teams to ensure current imaging protocols are followed.
  • Maintain competency in imaging standards and participate in quality assurance and compliance processes.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repair needs as required.
  • Ensure exam rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained in compliance with safety and infection control standards.
  • Perform administrative and departmental support duties as assigned.
