We handle everything from a sore throat or rash to X-rays and laboratory services or broken bones treated by an orthopedic surgeon through our affiliation with MidState Medical Center. Job Summary: This position is not a typical Radiologist Technologist role as it includes both standard patient care and Technologist job responsibilities. Our Radiologic Technologists are responsible for performing specific duties that support patient care, which includes direct and indirect patient care activities that are essential to providing a safe and efficient care environment. These responsibilities include but not limited to; obtaining vital signs and point of care testing, assisting nurses and providers with patient care, responsible for equipment inventory management and performing X-Ray's for Urgent Care patients as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
  • State of Connecticut Radiographer license
  • ARRT certification in Radiography
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities
