About The Position
Join our dynamic imaging team and play a vital role in diagnosing and caring for patients! As a Florida-licensed, ARRT-certified Radiologic Technologist , you'll perform diagnostic imaging (X-rays, possibly CT/Mammo) in an upbeat, supportive environment. New graduates with an RRT license are encouraged to apply!
Requirements
- Florida RRT license (ARRT-certified) —new grads okay!
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
Nice To Haves
- Prior exposure to CT or MRI modalities
- Familiarity with Radiology Information Systems (RIS/PACS)
Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality diagnostic X-ray exams using state-of-the-art imaging equipment
- Prepare and position patients with professionalism and care
- Explain procedures clearly to enhance patient comfort and compliance
- Follow radiation safety guidelines (ALARA principles) for patients and staff
- Maintain imaging logs, PACS records, and ensure proper labeling
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams for accurate image interpretation
- Keep imaging rooms organized, sanitized, and fully stocked
