About The Position

We are looking for a part-time MRI technologist in the evenings. Pay is based on experience, but we offer a sizeable evening shift differential!! Diagnostic Imaging Centers of Texas (DICOT) and our family of affiliated brands — including Prime Diagnostic Imaging, Memorial MRI & Diagnostic, Desert Imaging, Foundation Physicians Group, and SignatureRx — are seeking an accountable, professional MRI Technologist who is driven to deliver exceptional patient care with integrity and excellence in an outpatient clinic setting.

Requirements

ARRT (MR) certification or eligibility required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Patient-focused mindset and a commitment to quality

Nice To Haves

Experience in outpatient MRI setting preferred

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
Prepare and position patients to ensure comfort and safety during procedures
Operate MRI equipment and monitor imaging quality for diagnostic accuracy
Educate and communicate with patients to reduce anxiety and ensure cooperation
Accurately document exams and maintain records in PACS/RIS systems
Collaborate with radiologists and team members to support efficient workflow
Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and infection control procedures
