About The Position

Under general supervision of Technical Group Leadership and Chief Technologist Operations, the Radiologic Technologist provides skill and initiative to the department mission through interactions with staff, Chief Technologist and others as necessary. Primary duties are to work as technologist on either East Newton or Harrison Avenue campus while also implementing policy and procedures as determined necessary through Radiology Supervisor, Operations Manager and Radiology Administration Director.

Requirements

• Completion of two years post-high school training in an approved school of radiologic technology.
• RTR and ARRT certification required.
• State license required and all applicable radiology education requirements.
• Two years or more of work experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as a technologist on either East Newton or Harrison Avenue campus.
• Implement policies and procedures as determined by Radiology Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Radiology Administration Director.
• Interact with staff and Chief Technologist as necessary.
