Learn more: https://www.stmarysregional.com What You’ll Do As a Radiographer at St. Mary’s, you’ll perform diagnostic imaging procedures Monday through Friday during daytime hours, with participation in an on‑call rotation. Your responsibilities include: Performing general radiographic, surgical, and fluoroscopic procedures efficiently and producing consistently high‑quality images Assisting radiologists with fluoroscopic exams Demonstrating proper radiation protection techniques for all patients Selecting appropriate technical factors using established technique charts Understanding and following surgical protocols and workflow Preparing and cleaning exam rooms thoroughly between procedures Providing excellent communication and support to patients, families, and clinical teams This role blends technical expertise, patient interaction, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or registry‑eligible
  • Must obtain ARRT registration within 3 months of employment and maintain active registration
  • BLS required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiographer
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Typing and basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

  • Performing general radiographic, surgical, and fluoroscopic procedures efficiently and producing consistently high‑quality images
  • Assisting radiologists with fluoroscopic exams
  • Demonstrating proper radiation protection techniques for all patients
  • Selecting appropriate technical factors using established technique charts
