About The Position

Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. The position coordinates and performs routine diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures, portable x-rays, and surgery procedures according to standards and practices. It also involves receiving and ensuring the execution of physician orders, and ensuring equipment is present and accounted for at the beginning and end of each shift.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or equivalent years of experience in related field.
• Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire required.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 2 years of relevant experience in radiology.
• Bone Densitometry (BD) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Bone Density Sites Upon Hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs routine diagnostic and fluoroscopic procedures.
