About The Position
AZPM, the award-winning NPR/PBS affiliate in Tucson, Arizona, has an opening for a part time Radio/TV Announcers on their news and classical radio stations KUAZ and KUAT-FM. The successful candidate will host syndicated and local news and information programming and/or music programming during an assigned shift, with occasional other duties as assigned. If selected, you would join a dedicated team committed to bringing quality programming with integrity to Southern Arizona. AZPM is an editorially independent, nonprofit service of the University of Arizona and is funded through the generous support of annual and sustaining members, the business community (through program underwriting), fee-for-service production activities, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting, and direct and in-kind support from the UArizona.
