The Security Engineering Program (SEP) under Homeland and Force Protection at Leidos currently has an opening within the Professional Services Support (PSS) Program for a Radio Communication Technician with network engineering experience The candidate is responsible for providing remote and on-site service, repair, and installation support for new and existing communication hardware, software, network configurations, and new system initiatives across all locations within their area of responsibility. They will diagnose mechanical or technical deviations from performance specifications using established procedures and prepare reports to analyze failure trends and serviceability issues. Their responsibilities may also include providing on-site support services and assisting in the development and implementation of area-wide procedural and policy changes. The candidate will be responsible for entire projects or processes within their professional area and will typically be accountable for coaching and reviewing their peers' work. They will develop technical solutions to complex problems, collaborate with internal experts, and perform in-depth analyses of the impact of their solutions on the product. This position is in the Austin, Texas Metro Area.
