About The Position

Sev1Tech is looking for a Radio SME to join our team. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: The Radio SME is essential to maintaining continuity of training operations across all supported Programs of Record. This mission-critical position ensures the synchronized development, delivery, and sustainment of training throughout the PM’s portfolio of radio systems in support of the Army’s modernization initiatives (NGC2, C2NOW, C2FIX). The Radio SME will provide comprehensive support to all C2 Transports RMD departments (TCS/HAMMER), including logistics demonstrations, Training Support Package (TSP) verifications, and Technical Manual (TM) events, ensuring consistent readiness and operational effectiveness. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. (Communications or related field preferred.)
  • Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted for education.
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and have an Active SECRET security clearance.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years' experience in Telecommunications.
  • Required to deploy to austere locations.
  • Required to regularly sit, walk, and/or stand throughout various times during the day.
  • Up to 75 percent travel depending on the workload.

  • Prior military experience.
