About The Position

Radio Sales Manager Fort Myers Broadcasting Company – Southwest Florida Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is seeking a revenue-driven Radio Sales Manager to lead and grow our radio sales team in Southwest Florida. This role requires a leader who can drive new business growth, elevate rate integrity, and build a culture of disciplined revenue performance. We value leaders who are willing to hunt for opportunity, open doors, and lead from the front while building long-term client partnerships. Position Overview The Radio Sales Manager will lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Account Executives while actively contributing to revenue strategy and major account development. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who believes strong markets are built through consistent prospecting, smart strategy, and execution.

Requirements

• Proven success in radio or media sales
• Leadership experience preferred (top producers ready to lead will be considered)
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Professional presence with clients and internal teams
• High accountability and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and category growth!
• Coach and develop Account Executives to improve prospecting-to-close accountability .
• Maintain rate integrity and revenue quality.
• Accurately forecast and manage pacing.
• Assist in closing high-level accounts and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct structured one-on-ones and productive sales meetings.
• Strengthen collaboration between sales and programming.
• Foster a performance-based, accountable culture.
