About The Position

We are seeking a hands -on Radio & Microwave Project Manager to support the planning, implementation, and ongoing lifecycle management of critical voice radio and microwave communication systems. This role will work closely with field technicians, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable operation, upgrades, and maintenance of radio and microwave tower infrastructure. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating field deployments, managing system improvements, and overseeing vendor and contractor activities. A key aspect of this role is balancing competing technical and operational requirements from multiple stakeholder groups while delivering projects within defined budget and schedule constraints. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as not all requirements can be fully met and priorities must be aligned with business and technical realities.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing radio communications and microwave infrastructure projects
• Hands -on experience with voice radio system implementation and lifecycle support
• Strong understanding of microwave tower operations, upgrades, and maintenance
• Ability to manage field -based technical teams and coordinate on -site work
• Experience balancing competing stakeholder requirements and working within limited budgets
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem -solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Utility, energy, or critical infrastructure experience is a plus

Responsibilities
