About The Position
At OhioMHAS, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient communication on a 24-hour basis. Your duties will include greeting visitors, monitoring alarms, answering and extending all incoming calls, maintaining logs and records, operating VOIP equipment, providing language interpreter services, implementing call-back procedures needed after hours, and maintaining the emergency line.
