Requirements

• Must have attained a certification in Radiation Therapy technology and be registered with the ARRT.
• Must be registered by ARRT.
• Must be licensed by the State of Indiana as a Radiation Therapist.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Experience as a radiation therapist is preferred.
