About The Position

Tower Health is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Radiation Therapy for its Phoenixville and Pottstown locations.
This role entails the day-to-day management of both facilities under the direction of the Director of Radiation Oncology, with routine responsibilities including:
Oversight of staff and assuring coverage
Management of treatment/simulation schedule
Maintenance of policies/procedures
Assuring revenue integrity and insurance pre-authorization
First line troubleshooting of linac/simulator issues in coordination with service engineer/physics team
Coordination of care in collaboration with Medical Oncology and external departments
Active participation in the treatment and simulation of patients and acting as the point-person for troubleshooting complex treatment issues that arise
Equipment includes TrueBeam and IX linacs, Siemens Somatom CT-sim, and ARIA OIS.
Ability to travel between facilities as required for coverage.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• ARRT Certification
• Certificate in Radiation Therapy Technology
• Excellent Communications Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft PowerPoint
• Microsoft Word

Nice To Haves

• Management/Supervisory experience in field preferred
