The Radiation Therapy Chief/Manager provides leadership and oversight for Proton Therapy Centers, CT simulation services, and brachytherapy within the Department of Radiation Oncology at MGH Boston. This role is responsible for managing Staff, Senior and Lead Radiation Therapists while ensuring high-quality, safe and efficient patient care. Serving as both a technical and clinical expert, the Radiation Therapy Manager oversees treatment delivery, simulation processes, patient scheduling, and staff operations. The position plays a key role in maintaining clinical excellence, optimizing workflows, and supporting a collaborative care environment. The incumbent collaborates closely with radiation therapy managers across the MGB system to drive integration efforts, promote standardization, and support system-wide initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director of Radiation Therapy – AMC Simulation and Special Procedures.
