About The Position
Provide oversight and management regarding the Radiation Oncology department operations and provide supervision to radiation therapists, dosimetry, and other pertinent staff. Works together with the CancerCare Director to ensure policies and procedures are in place and followed per regulatory and safety standards. Assists with billing practices and any other items related to management of the department. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of services and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
