Texas Oncology is looking for a Radiation Therapist Assistant to join our team in the Midland, Texas location. More victories.” ® in their fight against cancer. Today, Texas Oncology treats half of all Texans diagnosed with cancer on an annual basis. What does the Radiation Therapist Assistant do? The Radiation Therapist may be required to perform the duties of radiation therapist, mold technician and basic Dosimetry duties in order to maintain a high-quality care environment. Assists in supervision of simulation therapists, radiation therapists and mold technicians in order to effectively deliver a high-quality radiation therapy treatment course for each patient presented. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards.
