About The Position

Job Title: Radiation Therapist Job Details: Minimum Experience: 1 year Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 Job Responsibilities: Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by oncologists. Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during treatment sessions. Maintain and operate treatment equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitor patients' responses to treatment and report any adverse reactions to medical staff. Keep detailed and accurate records of patient treatments and dosages administered. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care. Participate in quality assurance programs in line with healthcare regulations. Essential Qualifications: Current ARRT certification. Valid TMB state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Texas. 2 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Desired Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience in radiation therapy. Experience in a clinical setting is an advantage but not mandatory for fresh graduates. Requirements
