What You’ll Do • Deliver safe, accurate radiation therapy treatments in accordance with established treatment plans and clinical protocols • Perform CT simulations and daily treatment setup with a high level of independence and attention to detail • Collaborate with radiation oncologists, physicists, and dosimetrists to ensure optimal treatment delivery and patient safety • Contribute to quality assurance, safety initiatives, and continuous process improvement efforts • Support a culture of professional development, including mentoring students or newer therapists as appropriate Why Join Our Team?
