Job Description: The Radiation Oncology Services Director will report to OneOncology’s Sr. Director, Radiation Oncology and Imaging Services. We are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and operationally strong leader to drive excellence in Radiation Oncology services and support the implementation of new technologies and programs. Position Summary: The Radiation Oncology Services Director will play a pivotal role in supporting all practices in the United Urology Group (UUG) network and Sunstate Medical Specialists (SMS) as a Program Director and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Both UUG and SMS are multispecialty networks/clinics under the OneOncology umbrella. This leader will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and project management expertise to ensure the successful growth, integration, and excellence of Radiation Oncology programs across affiliated practices. This position can be remote near a major US airport with preference in Florida/East Coast. OneOncology is the national platform for independent community oncology practices working together to improve the lives of everyone living with cancer through a physician-led, data-driven and patient-centric model. OneOncology provides practices on the platform with capital, innovative technology and expertise enabling them to grow, provide multi-disciplinary services along the continuum of care, incorporate the latest scientific developments as they emerge in the market, and attract the best physicians and employees as the landscape of oncology rapidly changes. OneOncology is comprised of practices representing nearly 600 providers practicing at more than 175 sites of care across the United States.

  • Collaborate on Service Line playbooks to onboard and expand services for community oncology practices within the OneOncology network.
  • Serve as a relationship manager for OneOncology or United Urology practices expanding Laboratory, Imaging, or Radiation Oncology services.
  • Support cross-functional projects across operations while monitoring and reporting status to leadership.
  • Coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams to achieve the necessary program, project or activity plans, and schedules to ensure budget, timeline, resources, and regulatory requirements are well maintained.
  • Identify tasks, assign resources and partner with service line Subject Matter Experts to manage project plans, toolkits and checklists to successfully complete tasks to meet deadlines for implementing new service lines and program solutions.
  • Clearly delineate task predecessors, critical path, and required resources to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Work with peers across OneOncology to develop collaboration across multiple workstreams/departments to support practice growth initiatives and best practice operations.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by Strategic Operations leaders to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.
  • 8+ years of clinical experience within Radiation Oncology; minimum 5 years in a leadership role with direct accountability for Radiation Oncology programs.
  • Proven experience in project management, program development, and operational leadership for multi-site healthcare services.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, accreditation, and quality standards for Radiation Oncology.
  • Experience with the implementation and management of advanced technologies in Radiation Oncology.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and financial skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service mindset and ability to lead teams through change.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, support national footprint, and work weekends as needed.
