Job Description: The Radiation Oncology Services Director will report to OneOncology’s Sr. Director, Radiation Oncology and Imaging Services. We are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and operationally strong leader to drive excellence in Radiation Oncology services and support the implementation of new technologies and programs. Position Summary: The Radiation Oncology Services Director will play a pivotal role in supporting all practices in the United Urology Group (UUG) network and Sunstate Medical Specialists (SMS) as a Program Director and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Both UUG and SMS are multispecialty networks/clinics under the OneOncology umbrella. This leader will provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and project management expertise to ensure the successful growth, integration, and excellence of Radiation Oncology programs across affiliated practices. This position can be remote near a major US airport with preference in Florida/East Coast.
