About The Position

Description Work Schedule: 100% FTE, full-time. Day shift. 40-hours/week (potential for 4x10s). Department open M-F 7:00am-5:30pm, rotating hours. You will work at the UW Health Carbone Cancer Center of Rockford. Required Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required Work Experience Oncology nursing experience or outpatient, clinic nursing experience. Preferred Licenses & Certifications Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois. Required BI-annual CPR certification. Required ACLS certification requried within 6 months of hire. Requirements

Graduate from an approved School of Nursing program.
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois.
BI-annual CPR certification.
ACLS certification requried within 6 months of hire.
