RARE OPPORTUNITY: Due to program growth and anticipated retirement, Traverse Bay Radiation Oncologists, PC, is seeking a BC/BE radiation oncologist to join our growing practice in beautiful Northern Michigan. Based in Traverse City, Michigan, we provide professional radiation oncology services in partnership with Munson Healthcare, the largest healthcare system in Northern Michigan. This is a full-time partnership track position with salary guarantee. Opened in 2016, the Cowell Family Cancer Center in Traverse City is an 80,000 SF facility housing radiation, medical and gynecologic oncology as well as numerous patient support programs. We have 3 Varian TrueBeam Linacs, CT sim and a dedicated HDR brachytherapy suite. Radiation oncology staffing includes 4.5 FTE radiation oncologists, 10 RTTs, 4 dosimetrists, 4 nurses and 4 physicists. We have a busy brachytherapy program, primarily prostate and GYN and will give preference to candidates with interest/experience in brachytherapy.
