About The Position

We’re seeking a Virtual Directory Engineer to support an enterprise identity platform. This role focuses on internal customer support, troubleshooting integration issues, and assisting with enhancements to a virtual directory environment.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LDAP and general IAM concepts.
• Experience with SQL queries (views, joins, lookups) and ETL‑style data flows.
• Familiarity with virtual directory or identity data‑integration tools (RadiantOne, OUD, Ping, etc.).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Kanban or Scrum).

Nice To Haves

• PowerShell or similar scripting experience.
• Understanding of PBAC/RBAC/ABAC models.
• Awareness of SIEM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal requests through tickets, email, and chat.
• Support and maintain the virtual directory platform and related directory services.
• Assist with onboarding new integrations and gathering technical requirements.
• Contribute to upgrade, migration, and data‑center initiatives.
• Troubleshoot data flows across multiple back‑end sources.
• Maintain documentation and monitor system health.
