We are a diverse team that works to implement unique solutions for complex problems in the defense sector, including but not limited to kinetic and directed energy defensive and offensive platforms as well as RADAR and other surveillance and sensor technologies. Our team works across multiple business sectors, with industry partners, and directly with the customer. Solutions for Defense include enterprise and mission IT, large-scale intelligence systems, command and control, geospatial and data analytics, cybersecurity, logistics, training, and intelligence analysis and operations support. Requirements

ABET accredited B.S. or equivalent degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering with 2+ years of experience or less than 2 years with MS degree.
Knowledge of and experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.
Experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.
Direct, hands-on experience with hardware, software, or system integration, troubleshooting and testing.

Nice To Haves

Two to four years of experience with test planning and execution.
Experience working with RADAR or RF systems.
Working knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscope, voltmeter, signal analyzer/generator, antenna analyzer, power meter)
Working knowledge of software languages Python, C, C++, C# and or firmware languages for Xilinx or Altera devices
Experience with Linux, Matlab, Labview, and WireShark
Experience preparing and presenting briefings and/or demonstrations to customers and management
Planning and executing demonstration tests and US Gov't test ranges/facilities

Responsibilities

Working directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.
Executing test plans for development, qualification, and acceptance phases of hardware projects.
Creating, modifying, and using Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) test platforms to satisfy testing requirements.
Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.
Performing test data analysis via data log parser, Wireshark, and/or software debug tools.
Briefing both internal and external parties on test results and data.
Debugging software and/or hardware with various tools.
