About The Position
WHAT YOU'LL DO Conceptualize, develop, and implement RF sensing technologies for platforms in all domains Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and evaluate architectures and concepts of operations for complex systems-of-systems Conduct rigorous analysis at the system-of-systems level; assess and decompose requirements flown to the radar subsystem level Create, communicate, and establish consensus for internal development roadmaps Develop, refine, and realize advanced RF sensing techniques, algorithms, and technologies Engage with industry leaders to align external roadmaps with Anduril business plans and pursuits Provide technical expertise to programmatic and business leadership to support strategic decision-making Guide, direct and mentor team members in theory and best practices
Requirements
- At least a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or other technical field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven experience in a technical leadership position developing high-performance defense radar systems
- Strong expertise in radar architecture, radar modes, and system modeling
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
Nice To Haves
- Demonstrated experience as an individual contributor in radar hardware, algorithms, software, or systems design.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Python
