As part of the founding imaging team, this professional will collaborate closely with radiologists, nursing teams, physicians, and department leadership to ensure accurate imaging, exceptional patient safety, and seamless workflow execution. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in: Digital Radiography Diagnostic X-Ray Portable Imaging Fluoroscopy support Trauma and emergency imaging Hospital-based radiology workflows Outpatient and inpatient imaging services
Requirements
- Active California Radiologic Technologist license
- ARRT certification required
- Current BLS certification
- Prior experience in acute care, hospital, trauma, or advanced outpatient imaging
- Strong expertise with digital radiography systems
- Exceptional professionalism and patient-centered communication
- Passion for joining a new facility launch team

- Experience in a high-volume imaging environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiographic procedures
- Prepare and position patients for X-ray imaging studies
- Ensure image quality, accuracy, and compliance
- Operate advanced digital radiology equipment
- Support providers with urgent and routine imaging needs
- Maintain strict radiation safety and ALARA standards
- Accurately document procedures in PACS/RIS and EMR systems
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary care teams
- Help develop workflow efficiencies in a newly opening imaging department
- Deliver concierge-level patient care and communication
