The Radiology Department provides high-quality diagnostic imaging services that support accurate medical diagnoses while ensuring patient safety and comfort. To provide safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports accurate medical diagnoses, enhances patient care, and maintains departmental efficiency. This is a 64-80 hours per pay period position working Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm at our Pillager clinic.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of radiology (24-month course or equivalent).
  • Registered or registry-eligible with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) – RT(R), RT(CT), RT(M), RT(MR), etc.
  • Maintain required continuing education units (CEUs) per ARRT standards.
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance with ARRT standards and radiation safety regulations
  • Perform diagnostic radiology exams
  • Perform a variety of patient lab draws and lab tests
  • Interact professionally with patients and staff
  • Collaborate with team players to complete tasks
  • Process imaging and report requests
  • Schedule patients and answer department phone
  • Critically think in a dynamic workspace
