About the position

UnityPoint Clinics is seeking a Radiologic Technologist (Clinical Care Attendant) for our Ankeny Express Care location in Ankeny, IA. This position involves working three 12-hour shifts from 8 AM to 8 PM, with a weekend and holiday rotation. The role is full-time and comes with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging and operate radiologic equipment following safety protocols
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure radiation protection standards are met
• Check in patients, verify information, and collect/update medical history
• Room patients, take vital signs, and assist with clinical documentation
• Maintain clean and stocked exam rooms; sterilize instruments as needed
• Relay messages between patients and Providers; assist with paperwork and patient communications
• Maintain logs and clinic records, including equipment and medication checks

Requirements

• Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiologic technology
• ARRT certified or eligible; Iowa limited x-ray permit required
• BLS and Mandatory Reporter certifications (required)
• Valid driver's license (if job duties require travel)
