Organization: VOI Radiology Team 20 Job Summary: JOB SUMMARY Performs diagnostic imaging services in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered. . Job Description POSITION HIGHLIGHTS: $10,000 sign on bonus for full time positions. Industry competitive rates. Full Time. Rotating schedule. 1st week: Monday 7:45-7:30pm, Tues 7:45-7:30pm, Friday 7:45-7:30pm, Saturday 8:15-5pm. 2nd week: Sunday 8-5pm, Wednesday 7:30-7:30pm, Thurs 7:30-7:30pm. Then it repeats starting with week 1 The sign-on bonus is not applicable to current VUMC staff or former staff who have worked for VUMC in the past twelve months. The sign-on bonus is only available for full-time positions.

Requirements

  • LIC-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Licensure-Others
  • Relevant Work Experience Experience Level : 1 year
  • Graduate of an approved discipline specific program

Responsibilities

  • Reviews radiology exam requests and patient identification to ensure safe, appropriate and cost-effective imaging.
  • Applies broad range of skills to ensure exam is completed timely and meets quality and compliance standards.
  • Provides appropriate screening process to patients, staff and self according to prescribed safety standards.
  • Assists in the orientation and training of new staff.
