Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance our tennis programs and ensure a world-class experience for players of all levels.
Oversee all aspects of our racquet sports programming, including clinics, leagues, tournaments, and special events, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.
Recruit, train, and lead a team of passionate racquet sports programming professionals and staff members who share your dedication to excellence and customer care.
Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing initiatives and promotions that attract new members and retain existing ones, fostering a vibrant and active racquet sports community.
Cultivate relationships with local tennis organizations, schools, and community groups to expand our reach and impact in the tennis community.
