About The Position

The Rack Installer position involves installing various products such as pallet racks, conveyors, shelving units, platforms, and mezzanines. The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in diverse conditions, including heights and temperature-controlled environments.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in installation or construction (1+ years preferred).
• OSHA (10hr), First Aid, CPR, Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Fall Protection certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel throughout the country.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to work all shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Install various products including pallet racks, conveyors, shelving units, platforms, and mezzanines.
• Assist with specific individual tasks delegated by the Foreman.
• Communicate effectively and maintain a team player attitude.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and power lift equipment safely.
• Work at heights using scissor lifts and other equipment.
• Work flexible hours, including in ambient, cooler, and freezer conditions.
