About The Position

As a Race and Sportsbook Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Race and Sports Book. Your leadership supports both the guest and employee experience by upholding department standards, resolving guest concerns with professionalism, approving charges, and assisting team members as needed. In this role, you are essential to creating a seamless and efficient operation.

Requirements

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• High School Diploma, or GED
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a resort setting required

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations in the book including adherence to department policies, state gaming regulations and Title 31 requirements
• Train and supervise Race and Sports Mutuel Clerks
• Educate guests on how to wager on all racing and sporting events, as well as move and monitor betting lines
• Issue disciplinary action as requested by Sports Book Manager or Director
