While there are several tasks that define your role, you will need to be really good at making it easy for our guests: delivering service with a personal touch and delighting others whenever possible, all with an approachable sense of luxury. Most of the time, you will be: Supervising all writer/cashiers, lead writer/cashiers and operators in the Race and Sports book department. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Verifying all writer/cashier's cash drawer accountability at the end of each assigned shift. Assist guests with Kiosk Operations But don’t worry—we will train you to be great at this! Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a writer.
- Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming registration (must be 21 years of age)
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in both written and verbal form.
