About The Position

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Support team members to effectively de-escalate customer disputes and answer questions. Issue and reconcile cash drawers for Sportsbook Agents. Support the execution of strategies and opportunities from Sportsbook Manager to introduce a Sportsbook product to the brands existing customer base. In cooperation with Sportsbook Manager, leverage analytics to provide insights, make recommendations to reach players in new ways, and create value at the casino property. Develop and coach Sportsbook Agents on best business practices per company guidelines. Liaise with customer base in-person to provide product education and develop loyal relationships. In conjunction with security and surveillance, identify banned, self-excluded, or prohibited sports pool patrons. Collaborate with the Compliance Department to ensure product and operating procedures are compliant with all regulations, including IC’s, SOP’s, AML, Title 31, etc. Protect company assets (e.g., cash variances). REQUIREMENTS: 1 or more years of experience in gaming and or sportsbook related roles preferred. Ability to oversee operations during a variety of hours, days weekends, and holidays. Must be confident in one’s ability to assess situations and make informed decisions Good interpersonal communication skills Ability to manage relationships Strong problem-solving skills Ability to manage a diverse range of activities and effectively prioritize responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS: Post-Secondary education preferred or relative working experience. Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino. Multi-disciplined experience in operator, regulator and/or vender sectors is preferred. Excellent working knowledge of both front and back of house operations as it relates to sportsbooks and/or casino environments. Proven ability to understand the customer and advocate for player interest. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule. Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint. Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner at all times. Must be able to respect confidentiality to both guests and company as sensitive information will be given and received. Requirements
