Requirements
- Active Medication Technician Certification - non-negotiable
- A genuine passion for working with seniors
- Reliability—we count on each other here
- Team-first attitude with strong communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus
Responsibilities
- Help residents with daily routines - bathing, dressing, mobility
- Be a friendly face and trusted support system
- Notice the little things—and speak up when something changes
- Safely administer medications - you know the drill
- Document accurately and stay organized
- Keep a close eye on reactions and communicate with the team
