About The Position

We are seeking a Guest Services team member for our Recreation Center to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will assist guests with inquiries, provide information on services and programs, handle reservations, and address guest concerns in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival at the Recreation Center
• Answer guest inquiries about facility features, programs, and services
• Process guest registrations, memberships, and program reservations
• Handle guest feedback, suggestions, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
• Collaborate with other staff to ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the Guest Services area
• Follow established procedures for cash handling and transactions
