About The Position
The Hospitality Specialist Night Auditor is responsible for all EOD accounting functions and communications with the security team to ensure the safety of our guests. This role involves greeting guests courteously, registering them into the resort, and assisting with the maintenance and control of room inventory and availability. The Night Auditor must possess knowledge of all resort services, reservation and billing systems, cash and credit card policies, and special programs. Additionally, the position requires answering company telephones promptly and professionally, ensuring all transactions for the day of the audit are accounted for, and distributing reports to relevant departments. The Night Auditor will also assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints while maintaining a professional appearance and working area. Responsibilities may vary by location, and an official job description will be provided on the first day of employment.
