About The Position

The R.O. Boat Dock Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Sapphire Valley Resort involves working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with opportunities for career advancement. The role is centered around providing a fun and safe environment for association members engaging in boating, fishing, and beach amenities. The CSR will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of facilities and equipment located at the lake, ensuring cleanliness, and accurately completing daily sales reports.

Requirements

  • Must be 16 years old (need work permit if under 18 years old).
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to swim.
  • Knowledge of all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Upkeep & Maintenance of facilities and equipment located at the lake.
  • Accurately complete daily sales reports.
  • Provide association members with a fun and safe environment of boating, fishing & beach amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, trash removal & overall site appearance.
