About The Position

Elite Care Management is seeking compassionate and skilled RNs and LPNs to provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes. The role involves ensuring the health and well-being of patients, reporting to a Clinical Manager, and utilizing core nursing skills for high-quality patient care. This position is part-time and PRN, with various shifts available.

Requirements

• Valid Illinois Nursing license (RN or LPN).
• Relevant clinical experience in acute care settings or home health care.
• Familiarity with vents and trachs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
