About The Position

The Research & Development Warehouse Technician at Procter & Gamble is a full-time entry-level position focused on material handling and inventory management within the warehouse environment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support innovation and ensure the efficient movement and tracking of materials. The technician will be responsible for training on policies and equipment, maintaining material status, and ensuring inventory accuracy while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in warehouse management and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to forty (40) pounds unassisted and wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Attention to detail and a mindset for completing tasks with excellence while adhering to GMP and safety requirements.
• Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify on all required policies, systems, and equipment.
• Utilize pallet jacks, lift equipment, and forklifts to move material containers from warehouses to dispensing staging areas.
• Maintain and provide material status tracking via P&G internal systems and communicate discrepancies to leadership.
• Utilize P&G systems to identify material availability, create copies of material requisitions, and follow safety procedures for pulling materials.
• Visually inspect warehouse materials to assure inventory accuracy and prepare expired materials for disposal.
• Perform location accuracy audits and yearly full warehouse accuracy audits.
